Judson Guerard

About the Artist

Judson Guerard’s glass studio is a picturesque old two-story hardware store nestled in the North Carolina mountains. Judson’s wide range of technique was honed as Coordinator of the Glass Studio at Penland from 1989-93. With his background as varied as philosophy and carpentry, Judson’s glass is also varied. At any one time it might be lamp-worked, fused, slumped or blown, and frequently it is a combination of techniques.
